At Good Attendance, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, your item must be:

Unused and unwashed

In its original condition
-
Free of stains, odors, damage, or signs of use

Returned with its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Email hey@getgoodattendance.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please wait for return instructions before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns, including changes of mind or ordering the wrong item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for standard returns, except where required by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hey@getgoodattendance.com as soon as possible.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if available.
If we confirm an issue with your order, we'll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional shipping cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different design, please request a return for your eligible item and place a new order.
Preorders
Preorders are subject to our separate Preorder Policy, which explains estimated shipping dates, cancellation rights, manufacturing delays, and refunds before shipment.
Once a preorder has been delivered, our standard 30-day return window applies.
Nothing in this policy limits cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.
